Shipping Policy

You will be notified by email when your order ships - please allow 7 days for delivery in the UK, 21 days in Europe and 42 days in the rest of the world. Within the UK we use Royal Mail first class post. For delivery outside the UK we use airmail. A signed-for service is recommended and available for all deliveries at an additional cost when ordering. Please note that without a signed-for service, all deliveries are sent at your own risk. In any event, import duty is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before ordering if you have special shipping requirements.

Returns Policy

Any item not usually stocked by aircraft-walkaround.com and obtained specifically on request is non-returnable unless faulty. Our postage charges are always non-refundable.

Photo CDs: we will not accept returns or exchanges on Photo CDs but we will exchange faulty CDs for an identical replacement.

Posters and Prints: these may be returned provided that they are returned in their original packaging and are in the same condition as when they were sold - no tears, creases, blu-tac marks etc. There is a restocking charge of 25% or £10.00 (whichever is the greater) as these items are produced to order; all but £5 of this will be refunded if the returned item is re-sold within 28 days.
